Not much has occurred since our last big effort over 3 days in Feb.We did however finish the rudder which gave a little trouble fitting the leading edge.
The end result was worth the effort.
We have had the same trouble fitting the leading edge to the flaps and aileron, but we are currently working on a plan.
I have included a few pics of the landing gear which we trial fitted, it looks impressive.
All for now

Ole sent the rivets we needed and we promptly completed the outstanding jobs, thanks Ole for the quick service.
All we have left now are the elevators and fuselage.
We have overcome our problem with forming the leading edge skins for the flaps and ailerons by making a press.
Peter Buskens did a great job here and pictures below show the end result which isnt too shabby at all.
We commenced work on the fuselage by completing the lower fuselage panels.
Again the finished job was great with nice tight overlapping skins.
Club President Peter Champness dropped in and assisted Rob Benton in drilling off the fuselage side panels.
Peter C and Rob thought they would get a few days gliding in at the Ararat State Comps but should have known better.
They came home after a few days due to steady rainfall again. The summer continues to be disappointing for glider pilots.
Bring back global warming and the drought....
The aft end of the fuselage has been strengthened and quite a few holes require larger fasteners which were drilled off.
Gordon also looked at the firewall and completed shaping it so it would be ready to take the fuselage skin panels.
I was invited to give a talk on the Hornet Glider Tug project to the Melbourne Chapter of the SAAA where I explained the selection process,
costing models and Hornet GT design features. I also explained the advantages of doing it ourselves as part of the SAAA.
This was well received and the members found it informative.
Ole's promotion video of the Hornet STOL landing on water in a small creek bed went over really well.
All for now
